Type VII bust (Ciura).
The Ślepowron coat of arms (of Jan Kazimierz Krasiński—Grand Crown Treasurer) is divided by a circular inscription on the obverse.
On the reverse, flanking the shield bearing the Snopek coat of arms (the coat of arms of the Vasa family), are the letters G B – A (the initials of Giovanni Battista Ammureti—the leaseholder of the Lviv mint).
A variant with simple coat-of-arms shields.
An oval-shaped cartouche bearing the Vasa coat of arms. The cartouche is decorated with bows. Above the cartouche is a trefoil.
A variant with an inscription featuring the king’s title IO CΛSIM … [ ] ET SVE in the border on the obverse and … ARGEN SEX REG POL … in the border on the reverse.
Condition: NGC AU55
A fragmentarily under-struck but nicely preserved piece. High NGC grade. An attractive coin.
