Marek Pękacz, "Shelby cobra - Deus ex machina ".

50x90, oil and UV medium on canvas - personal technique, 2021
/ painting framed in a black frame

Painter and scientific fantasist. In his painting he combines top-notch technical proficiency with concepts inspired by the world of science. He calls his paintings OBJECTS. They contain a broad description of ideas in the form of open text, as well as an encrypted part hidden in the painting.

The content is hidden in the form of a meta-image painted with a special preparation, visible only under UV light, and in the form of symbols, binary code, or text written in letters from his own alphabet. The meta-image, visible in the ultraviolet, is a graphic synthesis of the IDEA that is the clou of the object in question. He treats hyperrealistic images as packaging for his concepts.
