J. Potocki (1863-1934) - son of Stanislaw and Maria née Sapieha. "Since 1912, with the participation of his mother, he enriched the library in Helena near Pruszkow [...]. The basis of the book collection was a collection acquired in Hieronim Wilder's antique shop after Kazimierz Stronczynski. Further purchases were mainly potocians, post-war foreign historical and memoir literature, as well as books on English literature. After 1918, Polish-French book collections from Paradise near Brzeżany and from Wysokie Litewski joined the library. After Jakub Potocki's death, the collection, which totaled 11,899 volumes and also included old prints, manuscripts and maps, was transferred to the Public Library in Warsaw, where it happily survived the war. The exlibris was previously considered among collectors to be a mark made for Stanislaw Potocki" (Podniesinskaya).
