A Sejm speech by Wojciech Walerian Suchodolski (1749–1826), a participant in the Bar Confederation, standard-bearer of Chełm, deputy for the Chełm region to the Four-Year Sejm, and later castellan of Radom. He requests a Sejm resolution to secure the support of the regional assemblies for the proposed military auction and the associated taxes. He also proposes that the Republic of Poland not enter the war against Turkey. Edge damage; in good condition.
