A legendary Cub Scout handbook, the first edition of which was published in 1935. It is intended to facilitate the work of establishing and leading a Cub Scout pack. The handbook consists of articles written by instructors actively involved in pack work, and as such, they are based on direct experience and practical knowledge of the subject.
