Anzhela TISTYK (b. 2000), In the light of the lamps, 2026

Born in 2000 in Lviv.
She graduated from the Faculty of Iconography at the Academy of Fine Arts. In 2017-2019 she engaged in iconography, working with the church and creating copies of ancient icons. In time, she moved her artistic activity to Warsaw, where she develops her own painting style.

Today, she is best known for her oil paintings depicting the architecture of Lviv. In addition to urban landscapes, she is also inspired by marine art.

In her work, she attaches great importance to color - with its help and through its form she conveys a spectrum of emotions: from joy to melancholy. She often creates series of paintings dedicated to selected themes.

Her works are in private collections in Poland and abroad.
