Slight loss of the margin of the first issue, ironed folds of some issues, minor stains. Stamp. Numbers two-page, in a few cases four-page. Published irregularly, in various formats. On no. 85 a handwritten note "Number confiscated" (here, among other things, information about Soviet air raids on Danzig and Piława). A fragment of the issue with a censorship stamp was attached to No. 140. The first post-war Sanok periodical was "Communications," published by duplicator from November 15, 1944, transformed from February 8, 1945 into "Information Bulletin." The circulation of the magazine was 300-400 copies. Here we present 61 consecutive issues of "Biuletyn," up to 144, which was the last ("due to the regular supply of provincial and central magazines"). The magazine initially contained reports from the front (mainly "Communiqués of the Soviet Information Bureau"), news from abroad, local announcements, with time more and more space was devoted to domestic information. The headline originally included the slogan "Death to the German occupiers!", later replaced by the call "Death to Fascism! Freedom to the Nation!" and the maxim "On populating the recovered Western Territories with Poles depends the power of the Republic." Rare.
