Cross awarded by the Lviv Union of Former Ideological Prisoners from the time of the Struggle for Polish Independence.
Awarded in the last years of the 20-year interwar period, it was issued in about 700 copies. The present one has the number 159.
Known today as the Cross of the Heroes of the Spirit due to the sentence on the face of the cross.
Preservation condition of the item very good.
