A very nice, rare, early John Casimir orth.
Bydgoszcz orth of a later type, also issued in 1652.
Distinguished by the coat of arms shields rounded at the top and bottom.
The reverse legend CIVITAT.BIDGOSTIENS (city of Bydgoszcz) is characteristic of the 1650-1652 Ort of Bydgoszcz.
A rare and sought-after coin.
