Ryoichi MORI (1935 - 2024), Still life with kerosene lamp

Ryoichi MORI - Japanese painter. He graduated from Kunitachi College of Music in 1957. He entered the Conservatory of Music in Parma, Italy in 1965, where his first solo painting exhibition was held in 1975. All of his works were sold. Following this success, he made an exclusive deal with an Italian marchand, which organized 25 solo exhibitions for him, where he always sold most of his paintings. After 18 years in Italy, he returned to Japan, where he held another 45 exhibitions.
He has received many awards including the silver award of Le Salon in 1975, the Marc Aurelio award. He specializes in painting realistic still lifes.
