Tadeusz Piotr Potworowski, a pupil of Wojciech Weiss and Jozef Pankiewicz among others, associated with the Capists, was active in exile in Great Britain after World War II, teaching at the Bath Academy of Art in Corsham and exhibiting at the Gimpel Fils gallery. His works are in the collections of the Tate, Bristol Museum & Art Gallery and major museums in Poland, among others.
