100x100 cm, execution technique: acrylic, mixed media, canvas, signature on the reverse, year of creation 2012
Abstract painting "Golden circle" by Monika Walanga is a unique work, which immediately attracts attention with its central motif - a golden circle. This mystical composition of impressive dimensions, 100 cm by 100 cm, was created in 2012 using the technique of acrylic on canvas combined with mix media.
"Golden circle" exudes tranquility and mysterious radiance. The golden circle, dominating the center of the painting, is a source of fascination and reflection. The symbolism of gold here refers to the idea of wealth, flourishing and spiritual depth. However, this gold is not gaudy or pretentious; rather, it is subtle, emanating a soft light that makes it seem as if the entire work is illuminated by an extraordinary calm.Monika Walga - graduated from the University of Warsaw and the School of Linguistics. By education, I have a master's degree in management, with a specialization in marketing. She also has a degree in English philology. She creates in acrylic technique. I specialize in abstract painting. I follow my own path, searching and exploring new areas. Particularly evident in my works is the motif of the circle, which is a symbol of infinity, perfection, harmony and beauty. This is what I look for in life and what guides my work. She recently presented her paintings at an exhibition in Switzerland, in Basel ARTBOX.PROJECT BASEL 2.0 in June 2023.
