Graduate of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. In 2000 she received a diploma in the Clothing Design Studio of Prof. Aleksandra Pukaczewska and an annex in Painting in the Studio of Prof. Marek Wagner I Mariusz Wilczynski. The diploma was awarded by the Mayor of the City of Lodz. She is a laureate of the "Golden Thread" competition for designers. The artist deals mainly with acrylic painting.

For Małgorzata Sęk, painting is an attempt to capture what is most essential in the subject of portraiture - the character, mood and, above all, the emotion accompanying the model, the given situation and space. Thus, it is a very subjective look at a given moment of reality perceived by the author extremely emotionally. The creative process itself and the feelings accompanying it are very personal and sometimes even more important than the end result, which is the "finished work."
The painter's works can be found in private collections at home and abroad.
