Lawyer, painter, set designer, art therapist, exhibition curator. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University and at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, as well as at the Postgraduate Study of Film, Theater and Television Scenography of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow.
Since 1989, she has been teaching art therapy classes at the Association for the Development of Psychiatry and Environmental Care. In 1996, she founded and runs the Miodowa Gallery, where she exhibits works by professional artists and artists after mental crises. She has received a gold badge from the ZPAP, a Pro Publico Bono award. In 1992, 1997 and 1998, she was the recipient of an MKiS scholarship. She is active in the fields of painting, drawing and stage design.
She has held about thirty solo exhibitions of painting and drawing, including: Wooden Gallery in Chicago, Harstad Gallery in Norway, Modern Gallery in Darmstadt, Sokół Gallery in Nowy Sącz, Gallery of the Center for Jewish Culture in Cracow and Gil Gallery. She has participated in about seventy group exhibitions including: Salons of Painting at the Palace of Arts and at the BWA in Krakow, the Centennial Salon in Brussels, the ZPAP Centennial Salon in Krakow and Warsaw, exhibitions from the series "Art Studio Miodowa and friends" at the Palace of Arts and at the Jewish Culture Center in Krakow, and many others. Curator of exhibitions as part of the "Schizophrenia - open the door" program, at the Palace of Art in Krakow. Curator of eight ART MEETING exhibitions in Tomaszowice by ZPAP member artists. She has designed about twenty stage designs for theatrical and television performances and films, in theaters in Bytom, Katowice, Lublin, in the TV Studio in Katowice, and for feature films. Her works are in the collections of the National Museum in Gdansk, the Museum of Modern Art in Germany and in private collections in Poland and abroad.
