Magdalena Leśniak - Graduated from the W. Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź at the Faculty of Graphics and Painting. She defended her diploma with honors in 2012 in the painting studio of Prof. Piotr Stachlewski. In 2018, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Institute of Fine Arts of UJK in Kielce. She works at the Office of Art Exhibitions in Kielce, where she runs the education department and organizes exhibitions at the Mała Gallery.
She has participated in many solo exhibitions, including at the Lviv National Art Gallery and the Izaart Gallery in Pont - Aven, France. Her paintings have been shown in dozens of group exhibitions at home and abroad. In 2013, she was nominated for an award in the 11th E.Geppert competition, organized by the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. In the same year, she received 2nd prize in the 36th Przedwiośnie competition, organized by the Office of Art Exhibitions in Kielce. In 2015, she was awarded 3rd prize in the VII Triennale with Still Life, organized by BWA in Sieradz. She was also awarded in two painting competitions, the Autumn Confrontations in 2016 and the 6th M. Michalik Competition in 2018.
