Dariusz Biegaj

Visual artist, designer. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in 1988 in the Department of Visual Communication under Prof. R.Otręba at the Faculty of Industrial Design. Before that, he graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Bielsko-Biała. During his studies, he received awards in poster competitions. He then had his first original poster exhibition. His student works were presented in Poland and abroad.
Since graduation, he has been involved in ''pure and applied'' art. He ran his own design and advertising company. Products designed by him were exhibited at interior design fairs in Poznan, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Bologna. He has participated in restoration work in Poland, Slovakia and Sweden. He has presented paintings at several exhibitions in Poland. Since 2007, he has spent most of his time in London, where he works and creates. He paints realistic paintings - nature, architecture and people. His favorite technique is acrylic on canvas. His paintings are in collections in Poland, Austria, Great Britain and Hungary.
