ARTIST ABOUT THE SCULPTURE:
This sculpture is made by combining several clays of different colors to highlight the complexity of the human body. In the last stage of processing I used iron oxides, copper oxides and glazes.
BIO ARTISTS:
She lives and creates in Sobota. Since childhood she has been interested in art and for 10 years she has been creating her own paintings and sculptures in ceramics. She started in a photographic association "Camera", but her biggest passion is ceramics, which she explored in International Ceramics Center in Boleslawiec in the studio of her artistic tutor and mentor Mateusz Grobelny. She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Poland. In her own words: Ceramics is an art that has captivated me and continues to surprise me. It combines all four elements, of which fire plays the greatest role - it ultimately decides what I take out of the kiln. These procedures of applying glazes, colouring with oxides, salts, discovering new possibilities, experimenting, give a whole spectrum of possibilities of expression. My sculpture is an infinite space of feelings in which I can cross the borders of my imagination and travel deep into my own soul.
