The "Kostka" vase was designed by Danuta Duszniak (1926–2025) at the "Wałbrzych" Tableware Porcelain Works. Made of porcelain and decorated using a spray-painting technique that creates a black-and-white striped effect. The form features a narrowing in the middle and an asymmetrical spout. The object is an example of modern functional design with a distinctive decorative motif.
