Contract between Ksawery Zakrzewski of the Poddębice estate near Łódź, Wiktor Okęcki, and Prince Piotr Biron. Warsaw, June 25, 1798, pp. [4 + 2], 35 x 21 cm. 
In German, as the Prussian administration had been operating in Warsaw for three years. Two documents with extensive content mentioning Prince Piotr Biron (1724–1800) of Syców and Żagań, who pledged his estates of Janów and Żuraw (currently in the Częstochowa County) for 100,000 zlotys. At the same time, it mentions the participation of Ksawery Zakrzewski of Poddębice and Wiktor Okęcki in this matter, as well as the interest. Good condition. 10541/19
