"I have been conducting classes with children and young people for many years. I remember the answer of one of the girls, who, when asked , which color she likes best, replied that "Of the many colors, she likes all colors best". I found this very funny and at the same time extremely true.
Because it made me understand that in my work I had an "adventure with many colors". These colors often changed depending on my mood, emotions, the moment. Sometimes it was blue, which I associated with space, water, air other times it was a whole range of colors that brought to mind the nuances of a thousand jittery blips of light and color at sunrise over the sea.At such a moment, a person realizes that the color palette actually begins with the three most important, from the color wheel: yellow, blue and red.As a result of mixing these colors, a wide range of indefinite combinations on the subject is created, and it is this that builds the image.
In my works presented at CKiS, I wanted to show this unusual sensitivity. To draw attention to the possibilities that I have been able to achieve thanks to the technique I use, but also the possibilities of those not yet discovered. Those that lie ahead of me."
