offers already certified products at auction or with the indications provided by the

proponents of the products to be auctioned. The various types of certification (GIA, IGI,

AIG, SGL, and possibly others) are opinions of prestigious internationally recognized and

authorized gemological institutes. VERONIK WATCHES, as an intermediary, does not

assume any responsibility for these assessments by the institutes issuing the certificates

or for the information provided by the proposers of the products. VERONIK WATCHES

reserves the right to extend the auction at the request of the contractor without prior notice.

2. AUCTION FEES The successful bidder will pay VERONIK WATCHES an auction

commission for each lot specified in the single auction. On the aforementioned

commissions VERONIK WATCHES will apply the margin regime. In others, VAT is applied

to lots delivered by Sellers subject to VAT who will be subject, in addition to the VAT

calculated on the auction commission, also to VAT on the hammer price.

3.PARTICIPATION IN THE AUCTION Before each Auction, all participants are required,

for the validity of any award, to fill out a participation form from the Liveauctioneers portal

with their personal data. It should be noted that, in any case, VERONIK WATCHES

reserves the right not to accept offers.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE LOTS VERONIK WATCHES acts as an agent of the Sellers

and declines all responsibility for the description of the objects. After the award, neither

VERONIK WATCHES nor Sellers can be held responsible for defects relating to the state

of conservation, for the incorrect attribution, authenticity, origin, weight or lack of quality of

the objects. Neither VERONIK WATCHES nor its staff will be able to issue any guarantee

to this effect, except in the cases provided for by law. The consumer is informed about the

rights he owns pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code (in particular with regard to the

consumer's right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods and the duration of

5. PAYMENT OF THE PRICE The total payment of the hammer price including charges

may be immediately demanded by VERONIK WATCHES, in any case it must be made in

full, in Euros, within four days of the award. The payment and collection of the lots must be

made as specified on the proforma invoice page sent at the end of the auction. Failing

VERONIK WATCHES, without prejudice to compensation for greater damages, may:

dispose of the lot by private negotiation or in a subsequent Auction to the detriment of the

Awardee, withholding any advances received as a penalty. The object will be kept by

above or returned to the Seller at the request of the same. In any case, up to the date of

return or sale, the successful bidder will be required to pay VERONIK WATCHES a penalty

equal to the interest, calculated on the hammer price plus auction fees, at the interbank

rate in force plus two points; the interest thus calculated will be applied to the amounts due

from the eighth day following the date of the award.

6. COLLECTION OF LOTS The successful bidder, having paid the hammer price and the

auction fees, will have to collect the purchased lots at their own risk and expense no

earlier than 5 working days from payment. After this deadline, VERONIK WATCHES will

be exonerated from any responsibility towards the successful bidder in relation to the

custody, any deterioration of the objects and will have the right to transfer the uncollected

o per le informazioni fornite dai proponenti dei prodotti. OROLOGI VERONIK

si riserva il diritto di prolungare l'asta su richiesta dell'aggiudicatario senza preavviso.

2. COMMISSIONI D'ASTA L'aggiudicatario pagherà a VERONIK WATCHES un'asta

commissione per ogni lotto indicato nella singola asta. Su quanto sopra

commissioni VERONIK WATCHES applicherà il regime del margine. In altri viene applicata l’IVA

ai lotti consegnati da Venditori soggetti IVA i quali saranno soggetti, oltre all'IVA

calcolato sulla commissione d'asta, comprensiva di IVA sul prezzo di aggiudicazione.

3. PARTECIPAZIONE ALL'ASTA Prima di ogni Asta tutti i partecipanti sono tenuti a

5. PAGAMENTO DEL PREZZO Il pagamento totale del prezzo di aggiudicazione comprensivo delle spese

intero, in Euro, entro quattro giorni dall'aggiudicazione. Il pagamento e il ritiro dei lotti dovranno essere effettuati

6. RITIRO DEI LOTTI L'aggiudicatario, pagato il prezzo di aggiudicazione e l'

diritti d'asta, dovrà ritirare i lotti acquistati a proprio rischio e con spese n

prima di 5 giorni lavorativi dal pagamento. Trascorso tale termine, VERONIK WATCHES lo farà

essere esonerato da ogni responsabilità nei confronti dell'aggiudicatario in relazione all'

custodia, qualsiasi deterioramento degli oggetti e avrà diritto di trasferire quanto non ritirato

PREZZO DI RISERVA CONCORDATO CON IL VENDITORE. VERONIK OROLOGI SI RISERVA IL

DIRITTO DI VALIDARE L'AGGIUDICAZIONE SULLA BASE DELL'EFFETTIVO

CORRISPONDENZA E/O INTEGRITÀ DELL'OGGETTO ALL'ASTA AL FINE DI

PROTEGGI GLI OFFERENTI. Né VERONIK WATCHES, né i suoi amministratori e dipendenti

sarà responsabile di atti o omissioni relativi alla preparazione o allo svolgimento dell'attività

asta o per qualsiasi questione relativa alla vendita dell'opera. VERONIK WATCHES no

rilascia certificazione relativa alle gemme vendute, ma offre all'asta prodotti già certificati

ovvero con le indicazioni fornite dai proponenti dei prodotti da mettere all'asta. IL

oltre all'IVA calcolata sulla commissione d'asta, anche l'IVA sull'aggiudicazione

prezzo. 3. PARTECIPAZIONE ALL'ASTA Prima di ogni Asta tutti i partecipanti sono presenti

tenuti, per la validità di ogni premio, a compilare una scheda di partecipazione da parte del

Portale Liveauctioneers con i propri dati personali. Va sottolineato che, in ogni caso,

VERONIK WATCHES si riserva il diritto di non accettare offerte. 4. DESCRIZIONE DEL

LOTS VERONIK WATCHES agisce in qualità di agente dei Venditori e declina ogni responsabilità

per la descrizione degli oggetti. Dopo la premiazione, né VERONIK WATCHES né Sellers

potrà essere ritenuto responsabile per vizi relativi allo stato di conservazione, per l'errato

attribuzione, autenticità, provenienza, peso o mancanza di qualità degli oggetti. Nemmeno VERONIK

WATCHES né il suo personale potranno rilasciare alcuna garanzia in tal senso, salvo nel caso in cui

casi previsti dalla legge. Il consumatore è informato sui diritti di cui è titolare ai sensi dell'art

arte. 130 del Codice del Consumo (in particolare per quanto riguarda il diritto del consumatore al ripristino,

senza spese, la conformità del bene e la durata della garanzia) che esiste
