He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. He received his diploma with honors in 2005 in the Gravure Studio of Prof. Jan Szmatloch, with an additional diploma in the Painting Studio of Prof. Kazimierz Cieslik. He is a lecturer with a postdoctoral degree at the Faculty of Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. In 2000-2015 he participated in more than 150 group exhibitions at home and abroad (including: Germany, Bolivia, Finland, Sweden, Iran, Japan, China, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, USA, Hong Kong). Author of 14 solo exhibitions (among others: GCK Katowice, Desi Berlin, BWA Rzeszow, Domoteka Warsaw, Gallery 2 Worlds Krakow, City Museum in Zabrze, Ateneum Gallery in Katowice, Gardzienice Gallery in Lublin). Winner of numerous awards and honors (among others: Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and Art, Award of the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship for Young Artists, Award of the Jury at the 22nd FPMW in Szczecin, Bronze Medal at the Poster Triennale in Toyama, 2nd Special Award at the Triennale of Polish Graphics in Katowice 2012, 2nd Award at the Triennale of Contemporary Painting at BWA Rzeszów 2014). He mainly works in painting, drawing and printmaking, and designs posters. His works are in museum collections and private collections at home and abroad. He is a member of the associations Expedition Metropolis and Expedition inside Culture.
